a/p/a press is an independent curatorial publishing platform with studios in Paris and Madrid. It focuses on artistic, experimental and performative projects to explore new forms of printed matter and exhibition making.
Dialogue and collaboration with artists, authors, and institutions are key in our editorial, research-creation and production process. In 2021, a/p/a press launched a first editorial line for artist monographs, addressing the notion of performativity. It includes scores and actions, carried out collectively, whose themes respond to urgent issues and current debates about ecology, diversity, and coexistence, among others.
